Corporate Event Planning & Coordination

Starting at $1,200 (for events up to 50 guests)

Includes:

• Meeting to discuss goals, logistics, and event priorities
• Venue research and layout planning
• Coordination and communication with up to 4 vendors
• Creation of detailed event timeline and coordination of deliveries and setup schedule
• Guidance and coordination for optional activities or group experiences 
• Help deciding on décor and setup details 
• Up to 3 planning meetings (initial planning, mid-way check-in, and final review)
• Up to 3 hours on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly

Does not include:

• Vendor costs 
• Manual setup or teardown

Add-ons:

• Extra vendor coordination — $100 per vendor
• Extended on-site coordination — custom quote
• Additional meetings — $110/hour
