Day-Of Coordination

Starting at $1,600 — recommended booking at least 2* months before the wedding.

For couples who’ve done the planning and want a calm, stress-free wedding day.

I step in 4–6 weeks before the event to gather all details, confirm vendors, and create a detailed day-of timeline. You’ll handle the planning — I’ll handle the execution so you can focus on celebrating. Ideal for weddings up to 150 guests with all vendors booked and plans finalized.

Partial Planning

Starting at $3,200 — recommended booking at least 4* months before the wedding.

For couples who’ve started the process but need help finishing it strong.

You’ve booked your venue and some key vendors, but want professional support to fill in the gaps, stay organized, and tie every detail together. I’ll help you secure up to three remaining vendors, assist with layout and rental planning, and guide you through a realistic budget overview — so nothing slips through the cracks. Best for couples who enjoy planning but want expert direction and structure. For weddings up to 150 guests.

Full Planning

Starting at $5,000 — recommended booking at least 8* months before the wedding.

For couples who want a guided, stress-free experience from the very beginning.

I’ll help you find and choose your perfect venue, manage vendor communication, and oversee every logistic detail from start to finish. Together, we’ll bring your vision to life — from your first meeting to your final send-off. Includes full vendor management, budget tracking, and on-site coordination for weddings up to 150 guests.
