Starting at $850 (for events up to 25 guests)

Includes:

• Phone chat to go over your vision, priorities, and what matters most 
• Up to 2 meetings
• Help with finding a venue or location if needed 
• Event layout and flow planning 
• Sourcing and communication with up to 3 vendors
• Help deciding on décor and setup details 
• Guidance and coordination for optional activities or group experiences 
• Coordination of deliveries, timelines, and vendor setup 
• Up to 2 hours on-site to make sure everything comes together as planned 

Does not include:

• Vendor costs 
• Manual setup or teardown 

Add-ons:

• Extra vendor coordination — $100 per vendor 
• Extended on-site coordination — custom quote 
• Additional meetings — $110/hour
